Yesterday (Saturday April 6, 2019) we went to the Jardins Joan Maragall.
Although we live quite close to it, by now we had only walked outside the garden, but this time we decided to discover it .. and we loved it !!!
It is a very nice free park and worth visiting if we are walking around Montjuic. The Jardins is located in Barcelona, behind the National Art Museum of Catalonia (MNAC) and in front of the Lluis Companys Olympic Stadium. What you should take into account is that the opening hours to the public are somewhat limited: Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 3pm, so if you want to visit it, be sure to go within those hours.
In the park you can find the Albéniz Palace (former royal pavilion), high-quality sculptures and a wide variety of flowers and vegetation that give the park a special touch
